Ready to Dive in to the Most Transformational Self-Development Experience of your Life?!
It is ALWAYS a good time to take a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Moksha, but this offering in particular is going to be especially awesome!
Join us between May 8th to August 16th to indulge yourself in All Things Yoga during the most beautiful months of the year where we meet online as well as in-studio… or at the park … or at the beach :)
Coming from someone who absolutely lives for the Summer Time, trust me when I say I put this schedule together with Summer Fun in mind.
Some Things To Keep In Mind:
See Calendar below for a color-coded visual of when our meetings are, and whether they are in-person or on Zoom
Zoom Lectures will mostly be ~90 minutes with an additional 90 minutes of Q&A time
ALL Zoom Lectures are RECORDED so if you cannot make it live, it is not a problem at all. You can watch it when it better fits your schedule
In-Person Dates are designed more for the hands-on approach, practice teaching, important features of the training that would best be held in-person, in front of the lead instructor, with the rest of the students in the training
Zoom Sessions are primarily lecture/note taking so you can easily LISTEN in and not need to sit and stare at a computer screen
Have young kids and facing potential scheduling conflicts? I’ve been there, and I still am :) Your kids are welcome to join us at the in-person sessions whenever necessary & can sit and learn with us, hang on their tablets, utilize our Yoga Coloring Books, Cards, Books, Games, etc, or whatever works for them.
Saturday/Sunday In-Person days will break [typically] between 10a-12pm
The Yoga Moksha 200hr YTT Summer Intensive is PERFECT for the busy bee, looking to dive deep & immerse yourself in Yoga Philosophy, Concepts, Postures, Breathwork, and more.
Not sure if this Foundational Training is right for you?
There are no meetings on any holidays (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend), AND for those of you with kids in school, the last 2 weeks of June when it is most crazy with Finals, Graduations, Proms, and Moving Up Ceremonies-don’t worry… We have Optional Office Hours for those looking for a little extra time with Q&A. You will graduate before the last 2 weeks of Summer so those with Travel Plans, have no fear. Oh, and also, if you hold a 9-5 job, weekday sessions will be at night on zoom, and they will all also be recorded :)
