Energetic Yoga Postures, learning common postures through Games, Activities and Exercises
Introspective Conversations about Yogic Concepts in a Kid-Friendly way, such as Mindfulness, Gratitude, Patience, Self-Love, Self-Care, Self-Compassion, Kindness to Self and Others, Truthfulness, Cleanliness, and so much more!
Introduction to Kid-Friendly Meditations and Visualizations
Mindful Coloring, Writing, and Crafts
Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Techniques

Yoga can be extremely beneficial for people of all ages — there are many health benefits to practicing mindful movement & breathing, calming the mind chatter, and connecting with our selves. Why wouldn’t we want our children to cultivate the tools and skills to learn how to better manage their emotions and work through their daily stressors?!

IN A MOKSHA KIDS OR TEENS CLASS, YOUR CHILD WILL EXPERIENCE ALL THE BENEFITS OF YOGA: MOVEMENT, BREATHING TECHNIQUES, STRESS MANAGEMENT, FOCUS, SELF-LOVE AND DEEP RELAXATION — IN A TOTALLY KIDDIFIED ENVIRONMENT! EVERY CHILD IS NOT ONLY ACCEPTED, BUT ENCOURAGED TO BE EXACTLY WHO THEY ARE. WE HONOR EVERYONE’S UNIQUENESS, SILLINESS, IMAGINATIONS AND HEARTS WHILE LEARNING WAYS TO WORK THROUGH ANXIETY, SELF-DOUBT, AND OTHER COMMON CONCERNS FOR OUR YOUNGER GENERATIONS.
IN A MOKSHA KIDS CLASS, WE ARE HAVING AS MUCH FUN AS POSSIBLE WHILE LEARNING IMPACTFUL LIFE LESSONS IN AN AGE-APPROPRIATE WAY.
Mini + Me classes are for children ages 2-4 and an adult
Kids Yoga classes are generally for children ages 4-11 but we will never turn away a younger yogi ;)
Teens Yoga classes for for 12-17 years old
Family Yoga best suited for 3-7 Years Old + 1 Parent
*Teens are welcome to join us at the teens classes as well as adults classes
MOST PEOPLE IN THE WEST ASSOCIATE ASANA (POSTURES) AND PRANAYAMA (BREATHING TECHNIQUES)AS YOGA, BUT THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO YOGA AND WE EXPLORE MOST OF IT IN OUR KIDS AND TEENS PROGRAMS. WE PLAY GAMES, HAVE DANCE PARTIES, DO MINDFUL ARTS AND CRAFTS, PRACTICE PARTNER POSTURES, DISCUSS HEALTHY EATING HABITS AS WELL AS HOW TO SPEAK MORE KINDLY TO OURSELVES AND OTHERS, WE EXPRESS GRATITUDE AND MINDFULNESS, AND LEARN HOW TO TRULY LOVE AND RESPECT OURSELVES AND OTHERS.
MOKSHA KIDS OFFERS A LIFESTYLE CHOICE TO OUR YOUNGER GENERATIONS TO HELP NOT ONLY THEM, BUT THE FUTURE OF OUR PLANET’S CITIZENS AS WELL. LOVE AND COMPASSION IS CONTAGIOUS AND IT IS OUR GOAL TO SPREAD THIS AWARENESS FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
